With over 13 years of experience in recruitment sales, Michaela will play a key role in driving business growth, expanding our client portfolio, and strengthening its position as a leading provider of high-volume workforce solutions.

In her new role, Michaela will focus on developing innovative sales strategies and reinforcing Acorn’s presence in key industries. With 30 branches across the UK, we are well-positioned to expand our service offering into new regions and sectors. Michaela will work closely with our established teams to enhance existing on-site workforce solutions and secure new high-volume contracts.

Speaking about her appointment, Michaela said: “My time at Acorn has had a fantastic start. The teams have been incredibly welcoming, and I truly feel valued. I’m excited to build on what we already do so well - expanding our reach, amplifying our message, and strengthening our presence across the UK.

“My specialism lies in the Distribution and Logistics sectors, including third-party logistics, warehouses, and distribution centres. However, with Acorn’s diverse industry focus, I am eager to expand our reach into manufacturing, particularly within food, automotive, and aviation sectors. My goal is to drive growth into new markets and ensure Acorn continues to thrive.”

Michaela began her recruitment career in 2012 as a Recruitment Consultant before progressing to Sales Director at Unique Employment Services. She played a key role in the company’s acquisition process in 2020, leading the transition from traditional operations to technology-driven solutions.
