Cleaning Supervisor

Newport

Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week, Mon to Fri - £12.75 per hour

Acorn by Synergie is working with a leading Cleaning company based in South Wales to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor to support a well known site in Newport to support the existing cleaning team. 40 hours per week Monday to Friday but needs weekend availability for call outs.

Job Duties:

* Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations

* Train staff to maintain and improve performance and service quality.

* Perform site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

* Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards.

* Complete administrative tasks, including uploading photos for client purposes.

* Occasionally stand in for cleaning staff during sickness and holidays.

Key Requirements:

*Full clean driving license.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Experience in cleaning is essential**
