Housekeeping Manager - Full Time - Immediate Start

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering a salary of £22,713 pa.

Pay Rate £13.65 per hour

Working 32 hours per week on various days across a 7 day rota in Peak Season

We are recruiting an experienced Housekeeping Manager to manage a team of cleaners and housekeepers at a renowned Holiday Park near Kingsteignton in Devon.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Ensure high standards of cleaning within accommodation and leisure facilities are achieved to meet Guest and Holiday Park expectations.
• Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure stock ordered and available for teams to deliver the cleans.
• Manage the rotas for housekeeping teams to meet guest arrivals and departures.
• Day to Day People Management of housekeeping and cleaning team across the whole leisure facility.
• Accommodation checks to ensure high standards met and report any breakages or repairs as required.
• Carry out necesary admin and reporting

Successful Applicant is Required to have:

• Experience in managing housekeeping and cleaning teams within a holiday park or hotel industry.
• Experience of taking accountability and responsibility for personal and team development.
• Experience in being able to support and manage under-performance with encouragement and motivation
• Admin confidence and experience in word, excel, outlook and rota systems
• Good Customer Service and Communication skills

Due to the location you will be required to have your own transport and be a car driver to drive around the leisure facility and park.
