We are looking for an experienced Surveying Technician to join our team in Central Plymouth. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the Council's property portfolio, ensuring its effective administration and compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and report on the Council's estate data.

• Oversee rental billings and monitor Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

• Summarise legal arrangements for leases and licences, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.

• Manage vacant properties efficiently, safeguarding the Council's interests.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C / 4 or above), including English and Mathematics (or equivalent).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualification).

Essential Experience

• Proven experience in data management.

• Ability to use Financial Management Systems for budget monitoring.

• Experience handling property-related billing information.

• Strong understanding of commercial property types and legal agreements.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
