Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

We are seeking a skilled Cemetery Burial and Grounds Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of multiple sites, ensuring high standards of maintenance and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise staff across four cemeteries, two crematoria, and five churchyards.

• Oversee staff appraisals and ensure health and safety compliance across all operations.

• Identify and implement income-generating opportunities.

• Maintain and enhance staff morale across all sites.

• Ensure that all policies and procedures are correctly followed and implemented.

Essential Experience:

• Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to manage workloads and resources effectively.

• Experience in handling sensitive situations with the public.

• A self-motivated individual who can plan and oversee operations across multiple locations.

• A proven track record of driving change and improving working practices.
