Acorn by Synergie is excited to be recruiting an Internal Sales Advisor for a leading technology company, renowned for designing and supplying premium frequency products.
The role:
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in the Frequency Products industry. Your role will involve building strong relationships with distributors and direct customers, while working closely with Business Development Managers to drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new customers, ensuring outstanding post-sale support.
* Drive sales growth within your assigned region by promoting both existing and new products.
* Regularly engage with customers through phone and email and represent the company at trade exhibitions.
* Follow up on inbound sales enquiries through website chats, emails, and calls to convert opportunities into sales.
* Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests, including quotes and product inquiries.
* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support, acting as the first point of contact for all customers.
* Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to build business opportunities.
Requirements:
* Excellent time management skills, able to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Adaptable and flexible, capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
* Friendly and approachable, with the ability to build positive relationships within the team.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
* Demonstrated success in sales or customer service roles with a proven track record.
* Persistent and goal-oriented, with excellent negotiation abilities.
* Discreet and reliable, maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
* Confident, proactive self-starter who can work independently while adhering to company procedures.
