Acorn by Synergie is working with a banking organisation in Cardiff city centre who is seeking 2x Data Entry Administrative Assistants for an initial 2 week period. Depending on workload, there is potential for extensions, with any successful candidates having to pass a basic DBS and financial background check (our client will undertake these checks) due to the nature of the business.

Job Duties:
* Review notes and scanned documents on the systems mortgage accounts
* Identify the number of portfolio properties
* Accurately record details in Excel
* Escalate any records that are unclear

Key Requirements:
* Previous office / admin experience, with good Excel skills
* Available with minimal notice
* Ability to pass basic DBS and financial background check
* Ability to get to Cardiff city centre via public transport (easier due to parking availability) or own vehicle
