Part Time Weekend Packaging Operative

Cardiff, CF3

Sat & Sun - 8am to 3.30pm - 13 hours per week (there is scope for this to increase to 15 hours per week in the near future)

£11.44p/h, rising to £12.21p/h as of 1^st April 2025

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a medical company who is seeking packaging operatives for weekend work. This role would be ideal for students who are seeking part-time work on the weekends or those looking to supplement an existing a weekdays job, working on a temporary ongoing basis for a company hiring due to increased demand of work. Due to location and current working times, workers will need their own form of transport or live local to site.

Job Duties:

* To accurately process and package orders.

* To work efficiently and meet daily individual targets.

* Support colleagues to ensure the team target is achieved.

* To independently dispense orders correctly and efficiently.

* To identify any errors that may arise and handle them appropriately.

* To understand and actively take part in the stock management.

* To maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times.

* To understand the importance of working together as a team to complete the workload and if necessary undertake additional duties which may be outside of your usual role.

* To ensure all mandatory training is completed and company policies and procedures are followed without exception.

* To understand and respect the importance of patient confidentiality at all times

Key Requirements:

* Due to location and current working times, workers will need their own form of transport or live local to site

* Previous warehousing experience is ideal

* Ability to work weekends is mandatory
