Quotations Lead

Acorn by Synergie is working with a specialist company to appoint a highly motivated individual to join a growing team as a Quotations Lead within a Portable Building Manufacturer based in Caldicot.

The successful candidate should have knowledge of Sales and Pricing, knowledge and experience of the building industry would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

* Collating both customer and supplier information for quotations.

* Producing, verifying and approving quotations.

* Sourcing and pricing parts and services.

* Completing Technical information to support quotation and operational activities.

* Managing the CRM, including updates, emails and outbound calling to seek updates and work winning opportunities.

* Internal and external communication.

* Completing reports and contract updates utilising Microsoft programmes and business based applications.

Key Requirements:

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Experience using Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook and Excel.

* Be professional and confident with great written and spoken skills.

* Excellent time management and organisational skills.

* Understanding of HVAC is advantageous.

* Design background with qualifications in Autodesk CAD beneficial but not essential.

* Driving licence with own transport.
