Position: Class 1 Driver - Heavy Plant & Machinery

Location: Weston-super Mare

Working Hours:

55 hours per week

Monday to Friday

Salary:

£45,760.00 - £47,047.00 per annum

Overtime paid at 1.5x the standard rate

Job Overview:
Based at the Weston-super-Mare depot, you will operate a Class 1 low-level flatbed vehicle, transporting heavy construction plant and machinery to various construction sites. Your duties will include loading and securing the equipment, conducting pre-delivery inspection checks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

You will also be responsible for transporting plant and machinery between depots within the company network.

Preferred Experience:
* Experience with uneven or abnormal loads
* A current plant operator's license is desirable but not required

Requirements:
A valid UK Class 1 (Category C+E) driving license
