Job Title: 360 Excavator Operator (Tracked above and below 10 tonne)

Acorn by synergie is currently seeking skilled and certified 360 Excavator Operator to join a well-esatblished, leading civl engineering contractor.

As a 360 Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating 360-degree excavators of various sizes, playing a key role in their projects.

Responsibilities:
* Operating 360-degree excavators to dig, move, and grade earth, rock, gravel, or other materials.
* Conducting routine maintenance checks and ensuring the machinery is in good working order.
* Interpreting and following plans and instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
* Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times, especially when operating heavy machinery.
* Coordinating with groundworkers and other team members to ensure efficient work processes.
* Reporting any machinery issues to the management immediately.
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:
* Valid Blue CPCS/ NPORS with CSCS logo card for 360 Excavators.
* Proven experience in operating 360-degree excavators in a construction/ civil engineering environment.
* Knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.
* Good physical condition and hand-eye coordination.
* Ability to work in various weather conditions and terrains.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
* A commitment to safety and efficiency.
