About the Role:

As QA Manager, you'll take charge of:

• Leading the food safety, legality, and quality compliance across the business
• Managing and mentoring a team of 3 QA professionals
• Implementing and maintaining HACCP and BRCGS standards
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across all quality processes
• Acting as the key point of contact for internal teams, customers, and external auditors

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a QA Manager or Senior QA in a manufacturing or food-related industry
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with HACCP and BRCGS standards
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail
