Fluency in Italian is essential, as you will play a key role in supporting and making a real difference for Italian-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via email, live chat, and inbound calls.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and meet performance targets.

What We're Looking For:

- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential-full training will be provided.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
